I got to meet the artist in Sedona, AZ. He was playing live uptown – his music drew me in; it was so spellbinding! He is a Grammy-nominated musician and a nice guy, to boot. Back to the cd at hand – I play it all the time. It is perfect music to relax to…I even use it to chill out when I’m dealing with the horrific Southern California traffic. It has helped me SO much – it sends me right back to Sedona. This is the perfect cd to use to meditate – it would even be good to use to lull yourself to sleep. However, so far I’ve only used it during waking hours. It helps me manage my stress level so much; when the first haunting flute notes start, I feel my blood pressure lower immediately. I keep hoping Kelvin comes out with more music soon – very talented young man!!
